About INTER-CONTROL ™
Started in 1978 as an extended service of
a CPA firm that had been in business since the 1930's
in the Kansas City area,
INTER-CONTROL ™ set out to provide expert extended
data processing assistance to clients. Systems hardware, software
and infrastructure, creation, conversions, modifications and assistance where some
of the first services we provided to our clients.
We are proud of the fact that we have assisted
many varied clients in numerous industries over
the years, always providing professional and
expert assistance without prejudices of outside
obligations. We have obtained and maintained
expertise in various areas solely for the
benefit of our clients.
This has evolved over the years to include such diverse areas as
Manufacturing process control systems, Retail and Service Industry
accounting and backoffice systems, Transportation and Supply logistics systems,
complex personnel scheduling, reporting and statistical systems, complex interfacing
of incompatible off-the-shelf systems in addition to various custom modifications
of several legacy systems and other varied complex and simple existing systems.
With a broad range of project management, strategic analysis and planning, design, coordination, implementation, monitoring and technical skills, We are able to effectively facilitate key strategies to develop applications and manage processes, including implementation, migration, testing and technical support. In addition, we offer an entrepreneurial mindset in which solutions are developed with wisely-managed resources that bring results.

- Consulted with a range of companies including Time Warner Entertainment, Amsted Rail, Sprint and Motorola, Midway Auto Parts, Arrow Material Handling Products and University of Missouri.
- Created, managed, trained and supported use of various systems for various Time Warner Cable departments, including field services, direct sales department, dispatch operations, QC department and plant damage department.
- Produced and designed custom ERP systems encompassing S/A, A/R, A/P, G/L, P/R and production/shipping.
- Constructed hard to produce reports and systems from off-the-shelf systems and software.
